Our Sisterhood of the Camouflage Mind-Body Groups are eight-session closed groups designed to provide a consistent, ongoing space for shared understanding and personal growth. These small, supportive gatherings foster a sense of community among women who understand the complexities of life transitions and the challenges of finding balance after military service.
