Speaking Engagements & Keynotes
Real conversations. Practical tools. Space to breathe.
When organizations invite me in, they’re usually looking for more than a speaker. They want someone who can name what people are carrying, make sense of it, and offer tools that actually help.
I bring warmth, clarity, and real-world experience to conversations about mental health, burnout, and mind–body well-being. My goal isn’t to impress—it’s to help people feel seen, grounded, and better equipped when they leave than when they arrived.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
I offer keynote talks and speaking engagements that are thoughtful, grounded, and real. I don’t believe in overwhelming people with information or asking them to “push through” one more thing.
Instead, I focus on helping people understand what’s happening beneath the surface — in their bodies, their workplaces, and their lives — and offering language and tools that feel usable, not abstract.
My talks draw from psychology, trauma-informed care, and lived experience, and are shaped with the audience and context in mind. What works in a conference hall isn’t the same as what works in a staff meeting or community space — and that difference matters.

What topics do you speak about?
While each engagement is shaped for the audience, I’m often invited to speak on:
Burnout — how it develops, why it’s not a personal failure, and what actually helps
Mental health and resilience in real life, not just in theory
Stress, trauma, and how they live in the body
Mind–body well-being and sustainable ways of coping
Creating cultures where people don’t have to fall apart to get support
These conversations are honest, accessible, and grounded — with space to think, breathe, and reflect.
-
I don’t approach speaking as performance or motivation.
I’m often invited in when people are tired of surface-level conversations and want something more honest — language that names what people are carrying, without asking them to expose themselves or “do more.”
My work is grounded in psychology, trauma-informed care, and lived experience, but I speak in ways that feel human and accessible. I make room for complexity, humor, and reflection — without overwhelming people or asking them to push past their capacity.
People often leave feeling steadier, clearer, and more resourced — not hyped up or depleted.
-
Speaking fees vary depending on the format, length, audience, and whether the engagement is virtual or in person.
If you’re considering inviting me to speak, I’m happy to talk through your goals, context, and logistics so we can determine whether it’s a good fit and what makes sense for your organization.
