Burnout Recovery
Reclaim your energy. Redefine success. Return to yourself.
You didn’t get here by accident.
You built your life on grit, excellence, and pushing through—until your body, your joy, or your spirit said enough.
This isn’t a motivation problem.
This isn’t a discipline issue.
This is burnout.
And you’re not broken—you’re tired.
Executive coaching with me is for people who are ready to lead, work, and live differently—without self-abandonment, without the hustle-as-worth script, and without burning themselves down to keep everything running.
-
Are successful on paper but exhausted in real life
Feel disconnected from yourself after years of being “the capable one”
Are navigating burnout, transition, or a season of redefinition
Want structure and accountability without pressure or performative productivity
Are ready to build a life that feels sustainable — not just impressive
This work is for people who are tired of pushing through and are beginning to find their way back to themselves.

The R.E.S.T. Method™ is a trauma-informed, soul-aligned, mind–body framework for understanding burnout and practicing more sustainable ways of living and working.
R — Reflect
We slow down and notice what’s been carried for too long. Through guided reflection, we explore how burnout shows up and what “holding it together” has been costing.E — Envision
Participants are invited to imagine what life could look like with more alignment, rest, and support — grounded in values, energy, and real needs rather than expectations.S — Strategize
The workshop introduces practical, evidence-informed tools such as boundaries, nervous system care, and realistic approaches to work and responsibility that don’t require self-erasure.T — Thrive
We focus on integration, not intensity. Participants leave with simple practices and reflections they can return to over time, supporting steadier and more sustainable rhythms. -
One-time, 90-minute virtual workshop
Educational, skills-based, and reflective
Guided journaling and practical exercises
Optional discussion — sharing is always a choice
No therapy, coaching, diagnosis, or individualized treatment
Participants are encouraged to engage at a pace that feels supportive.

This workshop is held live and virtually, using a secure video platform. To help create a supportive and respectful space for everyone, we invite participants to join from a setting that allows for privacy, comfort, and presence.
A quiet, private space is strongly encouraged. Cars are okay if you are parked and alone. Public spaces—such as cafés, workplaces, or laundromats—aren’t a good fit for this experience.
Please plan to attend from a location where you can be as uninterrupted as possible. A device with a camera and microphone is recommended to support full participation.
If something unexpected comes up, you’re welcome to step away briefly and rejoin when you’re able.

There is no ongoing support between sessions; the journal is intended as a personal companion you can revisit as needed.
