In this kickoff session, we’ll explore how the pressures of being the go-to girl, the fixer, and the one who ‘keeps it together’ can leave us emotionally fried. You’ll learn what burnout really looks like (hint: it’s not just feeling tired) and reconnect with your body’s signals before it shuts all the way down. Includes a burnout quiz and somatic tools to support release.

Touch Yourself First
No, not like that… well, maybe. This session is all about coming home to your body. Whether you’ve been numb, disconnected, or just plain ignoring the signals, we’re diving into body image, sensuality, and pleasure through a menopause-informed lens. Learn how perimenopause affects desire and physical intimacy—and how to start rebuilding that connection with yourself, on your own terms.

Mood Swings & Mic Drops
You’re not crazy—you’re hormonal. But also, you might be furious. And that’s okay. This session is where we unpack the rage, the tears, the “why did I just yell at everyone” moments. Learn about the emotional rollercoaster of menopause and how to express (not suppress) what you’re feeling. We’ll also share tools for emotional regulation and reclaiming your voice when the world wants you to be quiet.

When your body changes, your identity often shifts too. This session explores the messy, beautiful metamorphosis of midlife. We’ll ask: What do you believe about aging, womanhood, and worth? You’ll learn how burnout shows up in the nervous system, discover rest rituals that actually restore you, and practice saying no without shame.
